Ordering

Do you have a minimum order?

For screen printed items, the minimum order is 12 pieces. Minimum is 6 Pieces for embroidery.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the garments you choose, how many colors, how many locations, and the quantity you order. For embroidery, total stitch count also affects final price.
Order quantities are determined by the artwork. All pieces with the same size design can be included in the quantity for the quote.
If you are looking to lower the price of your shirts, you can look at increasing the number of shirts to the next quantity break, decreasing the number of printed locations, or decreasing the number of colors per location.

How long will it take to produce my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Please be aware this is after a complete order has been submitted, order has been approved, and deposit has been paid.

I need my order sooner than that. Do you offer a rush service?

We do offer a rush service. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

What is your re-order policy?

We allow one re-order within 2 weeks of delivery of the original order at original price. Any orders after 2 weeks or after placing a re-order already are quoted at new order pricing.

Can I bring in my own garments?

We prefer not to print on customer supplied garments. However we can print on them for an additional fee. Decoration can not be guaranteed for customer goods.

What if I cancel my order?

If we have already ordered your garments, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
If we have already completed your artwork, you would be responsible for either a $25 design fee or the hourly rate for our designer's time, whichever is greater.

Artwork

Is there a fee for you to create a design for me?

All orders are quoted with artist's time included. If your artwork is drastically different than originally described or if there are excessive revisions, we bill artwork at $50.00/hour.

I already have a design can you print that?

Yes, we can either recreate the design, or use a print ready file you supply. Print ready filetypes include .ai, .pdf, .eps and .psd.

Can I see my design before I place my order?

If you would like to see a design before placing your order, we do charge a $25.00 mockup fee. This amount will then be applied to your order once we receive it. If you decide not to place an order with us, we will keep the $25.00 to compensate our artist.

Will I be able to see a proof before my order is printed?

We send digital mockups before printing all of our orders. We do need approval of proofs before we can begin production.

Billing

Do I have to put down a deposit?

For majority of our customers, we do require 50% down before we begin an order. If you will be placing multiple orders with us or if you are a business, we do offer terms upon approval.

What payment terms do you offer

For approved individuals and businesses we offer net 7 terms. For Schools we also have net 30 terms available. All late payments are assessed 1.5% interest per month.

We acccept Cash, Check and all major credit cards.
